 20month old Grandson rides it all the time - inside and out
Perfect size for 19month-24 month olds and older. Big brother 3yo likes it too, but he has his own balance bike. It goes well on carpet, hardwood, grass, pavement and gravel. This toddler love his bike. He goes fast and can almost keep up with big brother on balance bike. He zips through the house and can flip it around in a second to head the other way. We have it with pedals off (with pedals on there is no point - the pedal radius would overwork anyone) - balance bike mode is the way to go. We have the wheels out for now. Its so light weight that out little guy maneuvers it like a pro.
